Yes, I shoot destination sessions. There may be additional travel fees associated with destination sessions + regular session fees.

Yes, deposits are required to book a session and are non-refundable.

The deposit is deducted from your total cost. Deposits must be made in advance to confirm your appointment. The balance is due prior to the session/event date.

No, I do not currently have a studio. I offer services on location and outside locations at this time. However, if the client secures a studio, I will happily come in and shoot your session in studio.

There is no gaurantee of extending the session on the day of. It depends on the scheduling of the photographer. There may be other appointments after your scheduled appointment.

Yes, unless discussed in detail prior to your appointment being confirmed.

Photo Release Disclosure: Upon accepting & completing a photo appointment with Jazzy Moments Photography, LLC you agree and consent to Jazzy Moments Photography, LLC reserving the right to use photographs taken for business purposes and materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications (including websites: Jazzy Moments Photography, LLC, Iamjustine, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc). You further agree that your first name initial and last name may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). You authorize use of these images and identifying features indefinitely without compensation. All negatives, positives, prints, digital reproductions and enhancements shall be the property of Jazzy Moments Photography, LLC.

Second shooter will vary and is case by case.

The gear I use varies by location of the shoot. But generally I shoot with a Canon camera and off camera flashes.
